ALG Carrier Network Requirements

• A valid DOT Number
• Broker-Carrier Agreement must be completed
• Valid Tax Identification Number and federal tax information
• Certificate of insurance meeting our minimum requirements:
  • General Liability - $1,000,000
  • Auto Liability / BIPD - $1,000,000
  • Cargo - $100,000
• Carrier is not currently listed as "Conditional" or "Unsatisfactory" standing
• Zero reports of unethical or fraudulent behavior per TIA Watchdog
